Considering the actual worldwide situation, with the COVID 19 outbreak and all changes that it requires to the management of all companies, organizations .... and even families with the vital necessity for the management system to ensure enough resiliency to adapt to the unpredicted big changes imposed by the worldwide health situation, I have taken the opportunity to publish my research made for my Master of Science in project Management ( Oil & Gas ) at the University of Liverpool: "Agile Lean Sixsigma implementation management at the maritime logistic subproject in offshore windfarm project's life cycle", to have the opportunity to present through this research, a management approach that can ensure resiliency and efficiency, to share it with a wider audience, and I hope, to stimulate deeper researches on the subject. The title of the book have been chosen to draw attention of the people on the management approach used in the research, mixing Agile, Lean and Six sigma to have the ability to adapt to unpredictable sudden deep changes and remain efficient.
Autorenporträt
After obtaining his Baccalaureat Serie C in 1989, the author was trained as a Marine Engineer at the ISM (Algeria). With many years of experience as Chief Engineer on board vessels, he joined the Senegalese Survey Board (ONES) in 2008, as Marine Surveyor (Hull and Machinery). He joined the University of Liverpool through its online courses.
