The auther was borm in Debresina of South Gondar and studied agriculture(Rural Development and Agricultural Extension)in BSc and MSc at Haramaya University. He has served for 16 years as social development practitioner and currently he is working as a lecturer with major duties of teaching and research at Jimma University, Ethiopia.
