Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is strongly associated with the acceleration of cardiovascular disease, which accounts for almost half of the mortality in patients with chronic kidney disease and has a 3 to 20-fold higher incidence compared to the general population. The major cardiovascular complication of CKD is acute coronary syndrome (ACS). In patients with chronic kidney disease, accelerated atherosclerosis has been observed and it has been shown that atherosclerosis develops in the early stages of CKD .Despite the improvement in diagnostic and therapeutic means during the last decades, the impact of CKD on morbidity and mortality in patients with ACS remains underestimated. The objective of our work is:- To study the epidemiological, clinical, therapeutic, and prognostic profiles of acute coronary syndrome in chronic kidney disease.- To determine the predictive factors of major cardiovascular and cerebral events in chronic renal failure.
