Autorenporträt

Dr. med. Vera Breuer was born 1955 in Kreuztal, a small town in the Siegerland (Germany). Already in her youth she developed a passion for medicine and her love for animals. Still today she is much involved with horses. Following on passing her certificate for university entraance in 1973, she trained in Solingen to be a nurse, where she also met her future husband, Karl-Heinz. She studied chemistry in Bonn and medicine in Liege und finished her medicine studied in Erlangen. After working as a doctor in Hof, Bonn, Kenia and Asia, she opened her own practice in Solingen, where she is still working especially with acupunctre and natural therapies. She is in great demand as a lecturer and book author on these subjects. She loves music and is an avowed Christian.
