Produktbeschreibung
This work, inscribed in particular in the field of Sociology of Education and Social, Work and Organizational Psychology, even if we get to the trans discipline, has as its axis the analysis of factors related to Success (academic and professional) and both in their sustained interaction in the framework of the Quality Assessment of the University System. This Evaluation has been reduced to numbers, inputs and outputs, but the human processes, which are the basis of these numbers, remain unknown (national and international system). A systemic analysis of the factors that impact on success at the macro level and the impact of macro or micro organizational contexts on the subjects, with its "contextualized" psychology, is being implemented. A dynamic analysis is proposed, from a sui generis dialectical perspective ("The theory of the three-dimensional spiral of meaning", 2005, 2015). This approach combines static and dynamic analysis, explanation and understanding, quantitative and qualitative methodology, macro-meso-micro analysis strategy, process and results. It is based on field research covering more than 30 years.
