Mansur A. Wara; born on 27th March, 1974 at Wara town,Kebbi State, Nigeria. He obtained B.A.Ed. in the year 2000 at the International Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU, Mbale). He also obtained Masters Degree in History in 2010, at Usmanu Danfodiyo University,where he is still undergoing a PhD in History. He now lectures at Federal Univ., Dutsinma
