Richard W. Sonnenfeldt became, at age twenty-two, chief American interpreter at the Nuremberg trials. A graduate in engineering of Johns Hopkins University, he was later a principal developer of color TV, computers, and the technology for NASA's first moon shot. He passed away in 2009.
