Eines der schönsten Bücher von Eric Carle, das wegen seiner einfachen Sprache schon für kleine Kinder geeignet ist. Die Geschichte stellt neun verschiedene Tiere vor: darunter Pferd, Katze, Schaf und Goldfisch. Sie werden in ihren Farben beschrieben, die allerdings nicht immer authentisch sind (blue
horse?).
Macht aber nichts. Ich würde es trotzdem empfehlen. Macht aber nichts. Ich würde es trotzdem empfehlen. Es hat schöne, große Bilder - und die sich wiederholenden Sätze (What do you see? I see a ... looking at me.) sind für Kinder einprägsam, aber nicht langweilig. Meine zweijährige Töchter schaut sich das Buch jedenfalls gern an und kann einige Passagen bereits auswendig.
