'Genuinely, enjoyed it thoroughly. The character development is fantastic and you have a real skill of ensuring the reader has to read on after a chapter end, as they need to know what's coming next. You've managed to develop a real picture of a modern day, out of touch Devonshire village and played fantastically on the stereotypical places and people you'd expect to find. This realism really gives the novel a different dimension, as, although clearly fictitious, you still feel as though Witherleigh and the surrounding area are places you could well come across on your travels.
