Autorenporträt
A bestselling author and creator of the financial thriller genre, Paul Erdman (19322007) wrote The Silver Bears, The Crash of '79, The Last Days of America, The Panic of '89, The Swiss Account, and The Set-up. Previously, he worked in finance, notably as founder and President of the United California Bank in Basel. Erdman began writing The Billion Dollar Sure Thing in a Swiss prison, where he was held for ten months as a result of his bank's collapse.
