El autor Daniel Santiago es un escritor joven y aspirante que busca hacerse un nombre. Recientemente se mudó de su estado natal de Indiana a California, donde podría estar más cerca del lugar donde cree que hará realidad sus sueños. Daniel trabajó como asistente de producción en sets de filmación y en su tiempo libre, se concentraba en escribir su primer guión, que tardó más de un año y medio en terminar. Había cinco versiones del guión, que envió a Pen It! Publicaciones Mundo Infinito fue presentado y aceptado después de que un buen amigo lo recomendó, lo convirtió en un libro.
