LUCY KIRKWOOD's previous plays include Beauty and the Beast for the National Theatre, Tinderbox, Hedda and It Felt Empty When The Heart Went At First But It Is Alright Now, which was nominated for an Evening Standard Best Newcomer Award, the Susan Smith Blackburn Award, and made Lucy joint winner of the John Whiting Award 2010. Lucy has written for Skins and her television drama series The Smoke will be produced by Kudos and Sky in 2013.
