Autorenporträt
Prof. Werner Beulke formerly taught criminal law, criminal procedure and criminology at the University of Passau. Since 2011 he has been working as a criminal defence lawyer in Passau and continues to teach juvenile criminal law as a specialist subject for trainee lawyers. Prof. Sabine Swoboda teaches criminal law, criminal procedural law and international criminal law at the Ruhr University in Bochum.
