Dr. Inderbir S. Gill is Vice Chairman, Professor of Surgery, Head, Section of Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgery, and Director, Center for Advanced Study at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Glickman Urological Institute, Cleveland, Ohio, USA.
