PAL is built on the theoretical foundation of action learning, uses clearly defined project goals, project process and team setting to drive both individual as well as team learning in a systematic way. This guidebook is intended for management and practitioners, who are attracted by the promises of LO concept. PAL is the tried and tested OL vehicle for this LO journey. This guidebook gives the step-by-step operational procedures related to the building up of PAL driven OL Program.
