Challenges affecting implementation of the curriculum was inadequate skilled persons in curriculum development and out dated machinery and equipment. Recommendations included drawing of policy guidelines on minimum entry grades of trainees to TTIS, streamlining staff development policy, upgrading trainers competencies and investment in update of training facilities, materials and equipment.
