Christopher Rex Lloyd's childhood was spent camping out on the river or in the woods. He became very keen on preparing meals for overnight trips. One of his fondest memories is his family loading up the motorhome for the Fourth of July weekend and hitting the road. It was then that Christopher knew he wanted his life to involve owning a motorhome. Since that has become a reality for Christopher, he found his enthusiasm for cooking and preparing meals in his motorhome. Cooking has always come naturally to Christopher. He began cooking professionally at the age of 18 and has since been cooking for the rich and famous in Aspen, amassing a vast number of recipes and menus along the way. He's made spaetzel for Arnold Schwarzenegger, tossed a salad for Uma Thurman, and nourished famous celebrities like Robert de Niro and Will Ferrell. While conversing with other motorhome/RVers, Christopher discovered the majority of them prefer to cook out of their own kitchens rather than dining out. It was then that he decided he wanted to share his knowledge and recipes with the world of motorhomers. Christopher wants to create recipes that are quick, easy, and nourishing so that planning meals can be done with ease. He wanted to share the fulfillment of creating meals that are delicious and rewarding. His passion for cooking has created this book for you and your crew to enjoy these delicious recipes on the road.
