Susan Goldberg, Ph.D., is a Research Scientist at the Hospital for Sick Chidren, Toronto, and Professor of Psychiatry and Psychology, University of Toronto. Roy Muir, M.D., is Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Co-head, Infancy Program, Division of Child Psychiatry, University of Toronto. John Kerr is former Associate Editor of The Analytic Press and author, A Most Dangerous Method: The Story of Jung, Freud, and Sabina Spielrein.
