Jim Hendrickson is a Professor in Logistics and Supply Chain Manage in the Fisher School of Business at the Ohio State University where he teaches in undergraduate and graduate programs. Hendrickson came to the university after a 35 year career with such companies as General Electric, JP Morgan Chase, Ernst & Young's Supply Chain practice, Sterling Commerce and Pitney Bowes. During his career he was innovator in technology that included the first B2B Integration software platform, the first Omni-Channel software platform and the first integrated software platform for Multi-Carrier parcel and Ship from Store capabilities. He is a global key note speaker on supply chain and information technology. He began his career as Commissioned Officer in the United States Army attaining the rank of Captain. He lives in Columbus, OH with his wife of 36 years and enjoys time with their three adult children.
