The Authors: Clar Doyle is Professor of Education at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada. He received his Ed.D. in curriculum studies from Boston University. He is the author of Raising Curtains on Education (1993) and has published widely with Amarjit Singh and others on critical pedagogy and reflection in teacher education. He is the author of fifteen produced plays. Amarjit Singh is Professor of Education at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada. He received his Ph.D. in sociology of education from Michigan State University. His writings have appeared in local, national, and international journals. He is co-author of Ethics, Politics, and International Social Science Research (1984); Teacher Training: A Reflective Perspective (2001); and Classroom Management: A Reflective Perspective (2001).
