This is a very useful book! I have been looking for a book about this topic for quite some time and this one really convinced me. It gives you a full-fledged basis about genetically modification and organisms, in particular modified food. Then it proceeds analyzing very carefully different political approaches to the regulation of trade with that food. It seems to be a very sensitive issue because trade should be restricted when it might lead to environmental damage but not at the cost of economic loss. I really enjoyed reading the book.
