In the sublimental method, subliminal voice messages are transported directly to the subconscious, triggering new impulses that work within us. Subliminal messages are not consciously perceived by the mind, which leads to the messages and impulses being guided directly to the subconscious. These messages include affirmations such as "I can fight," "I am fit," "I am fast," "I know how to defend myself," "my technique is precise," "I am strong inside," and many more.
In the sublimental method, the voice modulation process is applied. The voice is woven into the music or natural sounds, creating a mix of noise, crackling, and whispering. By repeatedly and regularly listening to these recordings, an internal shift takes place. One becomes better and more confident in what one does.
