Thirdly, we look at the Buddha's reference to Buddha-nature, the true nature of the mind, as well as explanations by the meditation master and teacher of Tibetan Buddhism Dudjom Rin'potsche.
The fourth section looks at the differentiation of metta as loving-kindness compassion from the need to be conformed. The independence of metta is seen, which knows unity with all that exists and the observance of the attitude of equanimity.
Fifthly, the emptiness of things, the clarity of mind and the wish to realize Bodhichitta` the enlightenment mind or enlightenment thought can be observed.
