Before he can pick up her nametag, Zero the Unattached bounces out of the mist, his space jumping shoes carrying him across the student's table. Mericolt sees Zero drop a note that lands in front of Helena. Mericolt picks up the note and reads part of the first sentence before handing the note to Helena: "The Pearls of Wisdom are missing---" Helena gasps when she sees the message. Something is terribly wrong. "Where's Primcella?" she asks.
