Sharon Grace is a wife, mother, and grandmother, living in Upstate, New York with her husband John, who has come to realize that the important things in life are the people who surround you everyday. Together Sharon has five grown children, spouses and six grandchildren. Her life was finally picture perfect...until she was forced to face the greatest tragedy of her life when a significant life experience changed her forever. Sharon's 4-year-old granddaughter had been sexually abused at her day care center. Not only did it cause almost unbearable pain, it was a devastating blow to the trust we place in people--something we take for granted every single day. Sharon's anger and outrage inspired her to share her experiences and events through writing and public speaking. Her intention is to create a greater awareness of the problem and its warning signs, as well as offering a blueprint for hope and healing for victims and their families overcoming life's challenges, "When the Trust is Broken."
