Pierce hates everything about swimming and deep water, for good reason, but he isn't going to let that stand in the way of him acing the grade. Jaden loves being the swimming champion of the school, except when his coach, who is also his controlling father, makes him feel like a failure. When his dad agrees to let Jaden be followed by Pierce for the article as long as it doesn't disrupt his training, he has no choice but to accept.
