My name is Jake Selzer and I am a personal trainer and ISSN Sports Nutritionist. I'm also a passionate man when it comes to making a positive difference in the world and having an impact on the lives around me. I am a very complex human being with many layers and a design for the world that is often bypassed by people in the bust times of modern society. What sparked my passion was seeing people over the past years always struggling with time, money and energy. This passion once awakened in me to more deeply understand these issues, was my first step to no longer allowing them to control my lifestyle so I could then teach these lessons onto others. Our health, wealth and thinking don't have to suffer because of what we have made to be an issue in our own minds.
