Liang Chen, Researcher of the No. 703 Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Corporation, Deputy Chief Designer of a certain type of gas turbine, graduated from Harbin Engineering University, Doctor of Engineering and has long been engaged in gas turbine technology research and product research and development.
