I have always liked to write. To write a book of poetry was not hard because to me, everything has a meaning, a purpose, a character. Nothing just happens without a captured moment, and my captured moment is in the form of words. I was taught the structure and power of words very early on by my mom and my teachers. I have always wanted to see my name on a book cover just to make those who have known me proud that I actually stepped out and did it. Yes, I have and will continue the joy of writing.
