Kaleb continues to learn and evolve as both an Earned and a Witch. It's not smooth sailing when also having to deal with the animosity he meets for being a half-breed. His main solace is his mortal lover, Mickey, but he can't support Kaleb in everything, considering he has no idea that he's dating a demigod.
With everything happening in Kaleb's life and the problems Alex keep running into, Kaleb struggles harder and harder to balance it all.
