This section also examines the technique of differential thermal analysis, microcalorimetry, thermogravimetry, mass spectrometry, pyrolysis-flame detection, and thermal volatilization analysis. The second section explores the application of thermal analysis to organic materials, such as polymers and elastomer systems.
