After six months of her marriage Clyde with Fosco conspirates against Laura to steal her inheritance. Story takes sensational turn Laura and Anne's places were exchanged. After persisting efforts of Walter and Marian the truth revealed, Laura's identity proved and Glyde and Fosco are killed and in the end Walter marries to Laura.
