A native of Detroit and spiritually enriched mother, grandmother and foster mother is her primary focus. Making an impact on the lives of children and young adults is her goal. As a careerist in the Federal government with more than 30 years of service, Ms. Taylor-Fletcher is also an owner of a small company in Northern Virginia. Ms. Taylor-Fletcher's passion has advanced to a level where guidance and patience is shared with whomever she meets on her life journey.
