For the first time, specific, step-by-step, easy to follow advice is available to people looking for work. Advice that is based on research, rather than opinion and emotion. When they ask you this... say this..., because on most occasions it will work. In its previous editions this book has helped tens of thousands of job seekers into work around the world, including many who considered that they were locked out of the employment market. As importantly as helping people into work is, it also helps people maintain their self-esteem as they are going through the process.
