Debra D. Castaldo, Ph.D., also known as Dr. Deb, is a nationally recognized relationship expert who has spent over 35 years as a couples' and family therapist devoted to helping couples, families, and individuals learn how to love well and return to love once they discover they have fallen out of love. Dr. Deb has a deep understanding of the complexity of love, how difficult it can be to find, and how easily it can be lost, due to her personal experience with young adult marriage, midlife divorce, dating at midlife, and single life. She also has first hand knowledge of the challenges of falling in and out of love, break ups, make ups, and everything in between.
