Then there goes the ideals of a sit down and talk and prepare for what is due. It is usually a selling face of the demands of the church and the demands of the traditional rites of the wedding by family heads and all.
There in the midst of the much exchange usually at the end of the day the couple goes out of the pre-marriage counseling unprepared. A thing that means they will from the onset carry in to marriage a baggage of debt and unpreparedness. This means whoever is set to do the counseling has to be ready to take charge and weave the order of things to the trajectory of a defined program before they even start the actual program of counselling. This should be often put in place, to find a way to even surmount the natural ego of the Adamic nature of the male kindred for it would mean by nature their house is being intruded and being schooled on how to live; a thing that detrimentally mete their liability. Meaning naturally there has to be a point system that is set on the ground to govern the impulse of the feminine and the inner worry of the masculine; on the ground to make it despite their many other sudden "commitments".
It should be set in a wise way that will not be burdening to the domineering of the man nor shunning to the quick additions and subtractions of the woman. So that when we present them before the people, in the name of the Lord the man and his wife; it would be in to a prosperous marriage. Fitting in all attributes of matrimony.
Genesis 2:22-24 KJV And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.
The ideal of matrimony is not to pack the front wrong with married couples, but to build individual families so that they may form another generation of godly families and well set beings by the purpose of being good and happy couples themselves. It is not just about the fruit of the womb or to be in matching outfits. It is about raising a generation well set and enjoying the benefits of matrimony; by bringing the rib back to the side of Adam. Mind you it is not under, but to the side of Adam, so that as it was in the beginning the two again may make one as before he was caused to fall asleep.
