The Empath Archives holds tools and knowledge for a fast-changing world. The book contains years' worth of articles written for an Empath by an Empath.
I've been writing for Empaths for over fourteen years (as I type), and most of the articles are as relevant today as when they were first written. Yet, much of this information is tucked away on my blog not getting seen by those in need. Hence the reason for this book.
Every day, week, month and year of Empath life can pose a different challenge. And we all need reminder of what could be negatively impacting us, and/or what steps we could take to stay safe and sane.
Experiencing the emotional energy of those we come into contact with impacts our biology. Meaning, our immune system is compromised and our hormones can become overworked, which can eventually lead to anything from depression to physical health problems.
So much is covered within these pages, from information about the traits that are synonymous with an Empath, to ways the people and the world at large can impact you. There's also a whole lot of information that is less commonly known about an Empath, including how certain foods can impact you, and why many Empaths are unfairly villainised.
This book is a place where you can peruse the pages to find what you need on any given day. Somewhat like a speed guide.
The reason I have written so many articles, is because Empath life can come with so many hurdles to overcome. Constant changes in our world in the way of new technology, EMF, chemicals, and GM food (to name a handful), impact us, as well as other people, and the energy they emit, which means we constantly have to find new ways to stay on top. That's not to mention what challenges come from our changing hormones and aging. What worked for you five years ago, may not help today.
Because I am an eternal researcher, I am continuously discovering new information, which I also share with my readers.
