It would be like a tiny drop of water in the ocean telling the vastness of the current which way to move. The water doesn't even direct itself. It is pulled by the moon this way and that. And beyond the moon, there are forces so immense and complex that they are unfathomable. We need to pray because the devotional mentality of humbly asking for help makes us available to receive that help gratefully and happily.
