There, he earned his MBA and promptly joined the esteemed global consulting firm Accenture. During his tenure at Accenture and other consulting practices, he cultivated a deep understanding of sales, delivery, small and large team building, as well as interpersonal relationships and communication.
"Never satisfied" is the best phrase to aptly characterize Loyd's mindset. Whether achieving his black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or participating in the 'Escape from Alcatraz' swim, Loyd constantly seeks personal growth. Scuba diving and skydiving are also among his cherished passions.
