Jennings hopes that his example and the introspection encouraged by the writing exercises will lead readers to understand that "God is everything, everywhere and is always active and present in our lives," he writes. "Love is the key to healing. Love is the way to enlightenment and peace. Love is all there is. Through writing comes honesty and awareness of one's connection to the universe. Once we are awake to the universal energy of love, we transform our lives."
