This book includes six lectures on some aspects of modern education delivered by Professor Bouvet - Director of the Jacques-Jacques Rousseau Institute in Geneva, Switzerland - at the House of the Royal Geographical Society in Cairo in the months of October and November 1934. Bouvier is one of the figures of modern education and has international fame. These lectures are divided into two groups, the first revolves around the foundations of modern education and some of its important methods, and the second includes the problem of exams... a problem that is the subject of great interest from educators in different countries.
