Vikrant Bhateja is associate professor in Department of Electronics Engineering Faculty of Engineering and Technology (UNSIET), Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. He holds a doctorate in ECE (Bio-Medical Imaging) with a total academic teaching experience of 20 years with around 190 publications in reputed international conferences, journals and online book chapter contributions; out of which 40 papers are published in SCIE indexed high impact factored journals. One of his papers published in Review of Scientific Instruments (RSI) Journal (under American International Publishers) has been selected as "Editor Choice Paper of the Issue'' in 2016. Among the international conference publications, four papers have received "Best Paper Award''. He has been instrumental in chairing/co-chairing around 30 international conferences in India and abroad as Publication/TPC chair and edited 52 book volumes from Springer-Nature as a corresponding/co-editor/author on date. He has delivered nearly 22 keynotes, invited talks in international conferences, ATAL, TEQIP and other AICTE sponsored FDPs and STTPs. He has been Editor-in-Chief of IGI Global--International Journal of Natural Computing and Research (IJNCR) an ACM & DBLP indexed journal from 2017-22. He has guest edited Special Issues in reputed SCIE indexed journals under Springer-Nature and Elsevier. He is Senior Member of IEEE and Life Member of CSI. Aimé Lay-Ekuakille (SM'12), received the first M.D. degree in Electronic Engineering (control technology and automation) from the University of Bari, Bari, Italy, in 1988, the second M.D. degree in Clinical Engineering from the University of L'Aquila, L'Aquila, Italy, in 2002, a M.D. (h.c.) in Environmental Management and Sanitation from IFAD Institute, Kinshasa, DRC in 2020, and a Ph.D in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic of Bari, in 2001. From 1989 up to 2000, he was serving as Technical Top Manager for private and public institutions in the following main areas: construction and maintenance of industrial plants, Environment, Biomedicine, Nuclear for civil and health applications, Robotics, and Instrumentation. He is with the Dept of Innovation Engineering, University of Salento, Italy, since 2000, and the Director of Instrumentation and Measurement Lab I. Prof. Aimé Lay-Ekuakille is a Senior Member of IEEE. His main areas of research are: (i) Instrumentation and Measurements for Biomedical, Environmental and Industrial applications, (ii) Sensors and Sensing Systems, (iii) Nanotechnology, (iv) Artificial intelligence for Instrumentation and Measurement, and (v) Ageing and Characterization of Photovoltaic Panels. He authored and co-authored more than 340 papers on indexed international conferences and journals, as well as 5 international books. He serves as, Senior Editor of Measurement: Food (Elsevier), Editor of Measurement Journal (Elsevier, NL), Editor of Measurement: Sensors (Elsevier, NL), Associate Editor of IEEE Sensors Journal (USA), Editor of IEEE Transactions on Nanobioscience, Associate Editor of International Journal on Smart Sensing and Intelligent Systems (USA), Associate Editor of Mathematical Problems in Engineering published by Hindawi (UK), and member of some international journals such as Sensors (Mdpi, CH), American Journal of Biomedical Engineering published by SAP (USA). Prof. Aimé Lay-Ekuakille is the Chairman of Imeko TC19 on Environmental Measurements, Chairman of IEEE IMS TC34 on Instrumentation and Measurement in Nanotechnology, and Chairman of the Nanosensors TC within the Italian chapter of IEEE Sensors Council. He is/was Visiting and Adjunct Professor in different international universities, namely, MMU of Kenya, Chemnitz Technical University (Germany), ISTA University (DRC), Panamerican University in Aguascalientes (Mexico), VUB - Free University of Brussels (Belgium), University of Navarra (Spain). He mentors different Ph.D students in Italy and international universities. He continues to serve as scientific consultant for national and international institutions. Suresh Limkar is currently working as an Associate Professor and Head of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Department, AISSMS Institute of Information Technology, Pune, Maharashtra, INDIA. He received the B.E. degree in Computer Science Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, India in the year 2005, M.E. degree in Computer Engineering from Pune University, Pune, India in the year 2008 and Ph.D. degree from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, Katra, Jammu and Kashmir, India.He had published his research work in more than 50 International Conferences and Journals. He had published his eight research papers in SCIE indexed journals. His research interest includes the Artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, Network Security and Location Based Services. Currently he is doing his research work on Multimodal Information Processing and Spatial Information Research. He had organized five IEEE International conferences till date and currently organizing chair of 6th IEEE ICESCI-2024. He is a member of IEEE, life member of CSI and ISTE. He is a Chair of IEEE Consumer Technology Society- Pune Section Chapter. V. V. S. S. S. Chakravarthy is a Professor, Dean R&D in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering at Raghu Institute of Technology, Visakhapatnam. He is senior member of Communication, Signal Processing and Antenna and Propagation Societies of IEEE. He is serving as Vice Chair of IEEE COMSOC/SPS Joint Chapters of IEEE Vizag Bay Section. His research interests include Computational Intelligence, Smart Antenna, Data Modelling, Machine Learning and Evolutionary Computing Tools. He has 18 years of teaching. He served as a co-editor to proceedings of third and fifth International Conference on Microelectronics, Electromagnetics and Telecommunications published in Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering. He is also a life member of professional bodies like Instrumentation Society of India, International Computer Science and Engineering Society (ICSES) and Soft Computing Research Society. He published more than 40 journal and conference papers along with one Book Chapter which are indexed in SCOPUS and SCI.
