This is also called as SARS-Covid-19.Mortallity and morbidity associated with covid-19 is very high.3 India being a developing county the Indian ministry of health and family welfare has initiated special attention to this pandemic. Special measures have been taken to control the incidence and prevalence of Covid-19.1.3In order to handle this situation in our health care setting we initiated special training to all our staffs including medical, paramedical and skilled workforces. With the help of simulation based training and e-learning platforms via mobile app the training programmes were executed and implemented. Our team has developed 25 working instructions for all the employees working in Max Health Care. The instructions and videos were uploaded in our e-learning portal and is assigned to all the employees under war basis. Within a time frame of 72 hours all staffs have to complete the modules following by hands on simulation training. We followed all the safety precautions while arranging the simulation training as per WHO standard guidelines for Covid-19 .4,6
