But when it comes to doing things the way our grandparents were doing them ages back, when technological advancements and innovations were way less than this age, then I have a problem with not changing. From our theme lens of "Seeing Beyond", this book aims to inspire readers to look beyond innovation and change. We will outline the core concepts and fundamentals, survey the wider business ramifications and come to a judgement as to the utility of the theory. This book is designed to help leaders, and those interested in the general theory of business, define a path forward that delivers change and implements innovation in a sustainable way. My goal of looking beyond is to showcase an ideology of change creativity and innovation (ICCI) that can be built at a macro-level. My hope is that this will empower the next generation to use innovation and change to drive their daily life and thereafter shape the world's future towards an innovative, inventive and creative living, life, and eventually a world. By looking ahead and seeing beyond the common daily narratives, I believe we can all do so much more to shape our shared destiny. This is a dream that I know from experience can come to life, and one which I want to use to shape the collective experience. Innovation and change are tools for your life; make use of them to the fullest.
