Whether it is by the company or the subject matter expert assigned to coach/train the new project professional, this presents an issue of time and resources used to train each new project professional and educate them on rural projects.
This project will produce a publishable book of notable quality that will educate the project professional at less cost than the traditional investment of time and resources.
This book will provide an introduction to rural projects and the basics of what to expect when working with them in a creative format that both educates and entertains with real references to project work from highly experienced organizations and similar research by fellow UA Scholars.
