Have you heard of the 'high-value woman'? She's the type every man wants; the one they beg, propose to, and chase after. There are whole books and videos on her secrets, how to attract her, and what she does that we, those of us who are presumably *not* high-value women, don't do. Here's the secret about these women that no one will say: High-value women do not read books or watch videos about being themselves. It might seem harsh, but it is the truth. This woman looking for very specific things in life, yes, but she is at home with herself. A high-value woman is healed and whole. He pulled away when everything seemed to be going well. He cheated. He lied. He betrayed my heart and my trust. I know what it's like to be manipulated by men, to be ghosted and have my heart shattered. Being in hurt and blame and confusion has knocked me out of knowing my worth. And when I couldn't make him text me back or use enough tricks to attract him, I learned what it meant to take time to heal. People like to talk about this, but few know what it really means, or how to use time to heal effectively. A break up or having your heart broken is the Universe giving you a gift. There is pain, yes, but that pain is necessary to move through. All high-value women have gone through this type of pain. On the other side of it, they better understand who they are, and have a reaffirmed commitment to themselves first. High-value women come to understand that heartbreak means there is work to do. Real, urgent work. Like, completing-a-major-project-for-the-client type of work. There is a timeline, if you agree to it, milestones and resources. The aim: Reconnecting with yourself. Putting your crown back where it belongs. The first task involves pulling your energy back from whatever caused you pain and fully coming to terms with your disappointments. Taking an inventory of all of the communications, verbal and non-verbal, and what promises were made, which ones were assumed, and where they came from. The second task is understanding how and where we've given someone else the power to make us happy. Where have we put the onus on others to heal us from the hurt caused by an ex-boyfriend, or from our parents? Where have we expected that the Universe delivered this man to us to make all of the past traumas okay? At the end of this task, the high-value woman knows this was her mistake. The third task requires not being afraid to look at ourselves, and those places inside of us where we may have been taking the pleasure they gave us (read: the dick) and confusing that passion for fidelity, for promise. We come to the realization that our happiness is not in someone else, especially not in another man. Self-forgiveness. It sounds easy, and yet, if we've internalized that we need to be punished in any way, if we're waiting for someone else to confess and apologize so we can forgive them, this is where we find our biggest lesson. It's not at a specific stage of healing, self-forgiveness must be done with kindness, sincerity, and humility. We must be willing to admit where we've hurt ourselves, even though we didn't know any better, and we must be willing to forgive. The end of this journey is the bliss and love you've been hoping for, it is in detachment. Finally being able to have feelings for someone else, and yet remain in complete control over your heart and your mind. Healing and rediscovering inner balance is what leads to finally having the lives and loves we've always wanted; this is what makes a Queen Rising.
