These are the major challenges of contemporary enterprises. Organizations are improving their activities and management processes. This is necessary to manage the seemingly intensifying competitive markets successfully. Enterprises apply business-optimizing solutions to meet new challenges and conditions. This way ensuring effective development for long-term competitiveness in a global environment. This is necessary for the implementation of qualitative changes in the industrial policy. "Process Control and Production Management" (MTS 2018) is a collection of research papers from an international authorship.
