In the coaching process there is a collaborative alliance between coach and coachee, specific objectives are established and an action plan is designed to achieve these objectives within the set timeframe. For the process to be affective there must be trust and a good relationship between the two parties, the coach must know well the job that the coachee develops and his role within the company, but it is also necessary to have communication skills.
