Born in Buenos Aires, after Benedict XVI s resignation due to medical problems, a lot of people were talking about who could be the Pope, it was speculated that he could be a Brazilian pope, Bergoglio s name was not so thoughtful and many people feared that a Pope would come not as charismatic as Pope John Paul II, many people feared that the new Pope was a good person, but colder like Benedict XVI, and everyone was surprised. Soon after the announcement, many people already sympathized with him for being Latin and Argentine, then soon the world was surprised with such harmony, a pope in tune with the people! In addition, Pope Francis gave an example of humility, leaving traditional privileges of the Catholic Church, and had very firm positions and ran away from the traditional rite that the Church has always maintained, opening a space for dialogue and understanding with leaders from around the world and with anonymous people, becoming a symbol with their declarations and attitudes that demonstrated to be a Pope prepared and attentive to all the updates around the world. Nascido em Buenos Aires, após a renúncia de Bento XVI por problemas médicos, muito se comentava quem poderia ser o Papa, especulava-se que poderia ser um papa brasileiro, o nome de Bergoglio não era tão cogitado e muitas pessoas temiam que viesse um Papa não tão carismático como o Papa João Paulo II, muitas pessoas temiam que o novo Papa fosse uma boa pessoa, porém mais fria como Bento XVI, e todos se surpreenderam. Logo após o anúncio, muitas pessoas já simpatizaram por ele ser latino e argentino, depois logo o mundo se surpreendeu com tamanha harmonia, um papa em sintonia com o povo! Além de tudo, Papa Francisco deu exemplo de humildade, deixando regalias tradicionais da Igreja Católica, e teve posicionamentos bem firmes e que fugiam do rito tradicional que a Igreja sempre manteve, abrindo um espaço para o diálogo e entendimento com líderes do mundo todo e com pessoas anônimas, virando um símbolo com suas declarações e atitudes que demonstravam ser um Papa preparado e atento a todas as atualizações ao redor do mundo. Nem sempre consegue agradar a todos, afinal suas declarações são de grande repercussão, quando se é para elogiar ele assim o faz, quando se é para criticar ele sabe ser áspero e educado. Bergoglio também não foge de assuntos polêmicos. Nunca desde a época do Papa João Paulo, o mundo sentiu um líder tão forte e tão popular como o Papa Francisco, um torcedor árduo do San Lorenzo e um apaixonado pela vida e pela paz entre os humanos, assim é Bergoglio, o primeiro Papa da América Latina!
