As if that wasn't enough for Nash to deal with, family matters catch up with him as his uncle Marcus, accompanied by two minders, appears on Nash's doorstep. The reason behind Marcus's visit leaves Nash and Archer's relationship in tatters as Archer discovers everything the cougar has told him about his past life in England is a pack of lies.
Reunited, Nash and Archer, fly to England, unaware that danger has followed them, resulting in two further attempts on their lives. Now, with their relationship seemingly over, they return to Shorewood.
However, Nash's nemesis has pursued him back to America, leaving Nash in a desperate race to save Archer's life.
